远程医疗不受地域的限制，让您足不出户也可享受三甲医院的医疗技术指导。
自新冠爆发以来，中医附一国际医疗部医疗专家团队采取线上会诊与微信答疑及科普的方式，已经为合作单位提供了专业、温暖的远程医疗技术服务，迄今，组织远程会诊200多人次，帮助新冠患者病情康复，缓解他们的心理焦虑状态，恢复正常工作。
The International Medical Department of the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine provide COVID-19 telemedicine services by signing relevant protocols with institutions, units, and groups.

Our expert team of the First Hospital of Hunan Universtity, which has been providing convenient and warmly services since the outbreak of the COVID-19, uses telemedical to diagnosis online and Wechat to maintain instantly communication with our cooperative units. So far, more than 200 remote consultations have been taken good care of. We help patients not only recover from the disease, relieve their psychological anxiety, but also return to regular work life.
1.远程会诊对象

与新冠相关的科室为主，如呼吸科、心理咨询，如有确切需求国际医疗部专家团队也可联合会诊。

3.会诊要求
Remote consultation requirements
1. 患者具有稳定的网络信号和智能手机，视情况采取微信、腾讯会议APP会诊；
2. 患者无法口述或沟通障碍的，请家属或监护人提供详实的病史及陪诊；
3. 发起会诊医师应保证患者信息真实可靠，使用专业术语记录病史，病史应详细真实；
4. 根据情况提供附加图片：
① 图片应清晰明亮；
② 检查结果真实可靠；
③ 若为皮肤病患者，应为正常日光下的局部（病变与正常对比），全身照片；
④ 舌苔照片清晰，颜色真实。
5. 会诊结束后国际医疗部医师将会诊教授的会诊意见整理给患方医师，由患方医师负责监督执行；
6. 会诊结束后有疑问可向国际医疗部医师反馈，寻求帮助。
1. Stable network signal, a smart phone, WeChat and Tencent Meeting APP will be required during the case;
2. If the patient has communication difficulties, family members or guardians are required to provide a detailed medical history and be his/her accompany;
3. The initiating physician should ensure that the patient's information is true and reliable, using professional terms to record the medical history, and the medical history should be detailed and true;
4. Provide additional pictures according to the situation:
① The picture should be clear and bright;
② The inspection result is true and reliable;
③ If it is a skin disease patient, it should be a local (contrasting a lesion pho-to with a normal one) and a whole body photo under normal sunlight;
④ The photo of tongue coating is clear and the color is precise.
5. After the consultation, the doctors of the International Medical Department will sort out opinions of patient to resident doctors, of whom will be responsible for supervision and execution;
